5K (9:30)

Whether you're running, jogging, or walking, this family-friendly event is a fun way to get moving while supporting a healthier community. All fitness levels are welcome as we come together to celebrate wellness, movement, and healthy living.

Yoga (10:30)

Stretch, breathe, and recover with us after the 5K! This all-levels yoga session is the perfect way to cool down, release tension, and start the festival feeling refreshed and energized. 🧘🏾‍β™€οΈπŸ’š

Zumba (12:00)

Turn up the energy and dance with us! This fun, high-energy workout combines music and movement to get your heart pumping, your body moving, and your spirit lifted. No dance experience required—just bring your enthusiasm! πŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸŽΆβœ¨
